Return Policy

Returns & Store Credit

At Scotty Lane, we want you to absolutely love your order! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Store Credit Only: We do not offer refunds to your original payment method. All returns are issued as store credit only.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns.

To Be Eligible for Store Credit, Items Must Be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any stains
  • In original condition with tags still attached

Final Sale Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry
  • Shoes
  • Any items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at shopscottylane@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our return approval and instructions
  4. Ship your item back within 14 days of delivery

💡 Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
