Orders
Q: How do I place an order? A: Simply browse our site, add your favorite items to your cart, and checkout! It's that easy. If you run into any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us immediately at shopscottylane@gmail.com if you need to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
Q: Do you restock sold out items? A: We do restock some of our most popular styles! Follow us on Instagram and TikTok @shopscottylane to be the first to know when items are back in stock. 🎉
Shipping
Q: How much does shipping cost? A: Nothing! We offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number straight to your email!
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Q: My tracking hasn't updated, what do I do? A: Sometimes tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after your shipping label is created. If it still hasn't moved after that time, feel free to contact us and we'll look into it for you!
Returns
Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Q: Do you offer refunds? A: We do not offer refunds to original payment methods. All returns are issued as store credit only.
Q: What items are final sale? A: All jewelry and shoes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any items marked "Final Sale" also cannot be returned.

Sizing & Styling
Q: Do your clothes run true to size? A: Sizing can vary by style! We include sizing notes in each product description. You can also DM us on Instagram @shopscottylane and we'll help you find the perfect fit!
Q: How do I care for my clothing? A: Care instructions are listed on each garment's tag. When in doubt, we always recommend washing on a gentle cycle and laying flat to dry to keep your pieces looking their best!
